job summary:

we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented order procedure to join our team. as an order procedure, you will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service. this is a fantastic opportunity to work from home and contribute to a meaningful cause.

responsibilities:

address sellers for product availability for shipment

process and manage customer orders efficiently

ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

process orders, record details in google sheets, and inform finance managers/customer support agent

working hours:

2 hours/day, excluding 30 minutes before and after each obligatory 5 prayers

flexible work arrangements, with the option to work from home

fridays: special day with breaks during the day and afternoon, with optional night work

sundays: optional, choose to take the day off or work voluntarily
