Oracle DBA

Must Have:

 Oracle DBA, RAC, AWS & RDS,

Skills & Qualification:

 Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases

 Strong proficiency with Oracle database and its variation among popular databases

 Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements and stored procedures, functions, packages.

 Assist with common database procedures such as upgrade, patch, backup, recovery, migration, dataguard creation etc.

 Ensure performance, security, wallet, and availability of databases.

 Need to have strong experience in Oracle HIGH Availability including RAC, ASM, Dataguard, OEM and Goldengate.

 Capable of configuring popular database engines and orchestrating clusters as necessary

 Design and develop Oracle database systems including statements, data modelling, procedures, functions, views, and indexes.

 Collaborative, team focus with working experience in a 24x7 uptime environment

 Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must

Required experience in cloud:

 Experience in-migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL and Aurora.

 Experience in-migration from Oracle on prime to AWS EC2servers.

 Experience in-migration from AWS EC2Oracle to AWS RDS.

 Experience in S3 data movement(s3 to RDS and RDS to s3 and s3 to EC2and EC2to s3).

 Experience in DMS and SCM.

 Experience in creating parameter file and optional file.

Certifications (Desirable)

 OCP or Microsoft SQL Server Certification

 AWS Solution Architect Associate or up

 AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator – Associate or up

 AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

 AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
