Technical Skills:

Should have hands on experience in Incentive Compensation Management/ Oracle Engagement Cloud/ Sales Cloud/ CPQ Commerce, Integration cloud

Attributes:

5 plus years of experience in CRM products, preferably Oracle stack

Familiar with Oracle CX architecture, implementation, debugging and problem-solving skills

Minimum 5 end to end CRM implementation

Understand Business requirements and create solution designs and effort estimates

Hands-on development experience using JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, LESS

Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally

Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team

Self-starting with solid follow-through, multi-tasking, and excellent organizational skills

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload

Willingness to travel

Education: Graduation
