Operation Theatre Technician - Full Time

We are looking for an Operation Theatre Technician to join our team in Singapore and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 1 to 7 years of experience in a surgical environment. This full-time role requires working from the office and demands a mix of technical and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Setup Surgical Equipment:** Prepare and maintain all surgical instruments and equipment before procedures to ensure everything is sterile and ready for use.

- **Assist Surgeons and Nurses:** Provide support during surgeries by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing sterile fields to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

- **Maintain Sterility:** Follow strict protocols to keep the operating room clean and sterile, minimizing the risk of infection and ensuring patient safety.

- **Monitor Equipment Functionality:** Regularly check and troubleshoot surgical equipment to make sure it’s working properly throughout the procedure.

- **Record Keeping:** Document the details of the surgery and any incidents that occur, maintaining accurate logs for future reference.
