We are looking for an experienced Operation Theatre Technician to join our team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 9 years of experience in a similar role and should be ready to work full-time from our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Preparation of the Operating Room:** Ensure the operating theatre is clean, sterile, and well-equipped before surgeries. This includes setting up surgical instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- **Assisting during Operations:** Provide assistance to surgeons and nurses during procedures by handing over instruments, suctioning and maintaining a sterile environment throughout the operation.
- **Sterilization of Equipment:** Conduct thorough cleaning and sterilization of surgical tools and equipment to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
- **Equipment Maintenance:** Regularly check and maintain surgical equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly and reporting any issues to the relevant departments.
- **Post-Operative Care:** Assist in the transfer of patients to recovery rooms and ensure that all surgical debris and waste are properly disposed of.

The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
