Operation Theatre Nurse/ OT Nurse

We are looking for an experienced Operation Theatre Nurse to join our team in Kodambakkam. The ideal candidate should possess a professional degree and have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assessing Patients:** Evaluate patients’ conditions before surgery to identify any special needs or risks, ensuring their safety during the procedure.

- **Preparing for Surgery:** Assist in the setup of the operation theatre by arranging surgical instruments and ensuring all equipment is sterile and ready for use.

- **Monitoring Anesthesia:** Work closely with anesthesiologists to monitor patients' vital signs during surgery, ensuring their stability and comfort throughout the procedure.

- **Assisting Surgeons:** Provide support to the surgical team, hand instruments, and supplies as needed, facilitating a smooth workflow during operations.

- **Post-Operative Care:** Ensure patients are safely transferred to recovery and monitor their recovery progress, documenting any changes and communicating with other nursing staff.

- **Maintaining Records:** Document all relevant information related to surgeries, patient care, and inventory of supplies accurately to ensure compliance and quality care.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
