overall job objective (purpose):

role: leader for the branch work processes, single point of contact at the branch.

responsibility: the branch manager is responsible for leading the delivery of multi-functional work processes at the branch. he is responsible for ensuring the functioning of daily work processes. is responsible for identifying opportunities areas in the multi-functional work processes (logistics, finance, hr & it, interfacing work processes with re-sale) and develop & lead implementation of processes. this role involves providing ongoing coaching/ training support to system operator, logistic officer, cashiers, delivery staff, helpers etc
