Job Title- Assistant Manager- Operations & Research

Location- Bhandup West, Mumbai (work from office)

Roles and Responsibilities

Supporting and managing day-to-day B2C business operations which includes scheduling

Client meetings, following up with clients, webinar speakers and members, emails and

promotions

Researching and generating a database of potential clients for the company

Using different online tools to generate the contact details of potential clients

Managing the database accurately and supporting reporting manager with urgent data

requirements

Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients

Managing end to end B2C events

Creating post-event reports for B2B events

Building & maintaining client relationships

Excellent on tools like Excel, PowerPoint & Canva

Desired Candidate Profile

1. We are looking for highly energetic, smart, presentable, self-motivated individual, with an ability

to listen, learn and present.

2. Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.

3. Should be comfortable to host virtual and offline events with a live audience.

4. Should have expertise in Excel, power point presentations and should be able to handle the

backend B2C operations.

Skill(s) required

MS Office, English Proficiency (Spoken & written)

Good in Technical Research

Candidate who can work from the office

Has growth mindset, ability to learn things, and is passionate about work

Exceptional storytelling skills in both verbal and written form
