Job Purpose:

As the Operation and Maintenance Engineer in the Solar Department, you will oversee our solar power plant's efficient operation and maintenance near Surat. Your role will contribute to maximizing the plant's performance and generation while ensuring its optimal functionality.

Job Duties:

Formulate and establish effective systems and processes for the smooth operation of the solar power plant.

Planned, coordinated, and executed preventive and need-based maintenance activities to ensure the plant's optimal performance.

Monitor and analyze the plant's performance ratio for maximum generation and efficiency.

Manage and lead a team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement improvements.

Maintain proficiency in electrical and maintenance aspects specific to solar power plants.
