role overview:

we are seeking a person to oversee our daily operations. this role is crucial for managing e-rickshaw parking, ensuring efficient battery swapping, and coordinating with drivers to maintain smooth operations.

key responsibilities:

-oversee daily operations: supervise the entire e-rickshaw rental process, ensuring timely issuance and returns.

-manage battery swaps: monitor battery swapping activities to ensure operations comply with daily limits.

-maintain accurate records: keep detailed records of rentals, battery swaps, and paymentswhether using manual or digital systems.

-driver coordination: address driver concerns, facilitate clear communication, and ensure a smooth workflow.

-identify & report challenges: proactively report operational issues and suggest improvements.

-safety & compliance: ensure that all operations adhere to company policies and safety standards.

requirements:

experience:

-prior experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation is a plus.

-organizational skills: excellent organizational and leadership skills.

-digital savvy: basic knowledge of digital record-keeping is an advantage, or a willingness to learn

-problem-solving: ability to handle on-ground challenges with effective communication.
