Receive and enter customer orders into the system
Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Provide customer service and support throughout the order process
Track and report on order status to customers and management
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to fulfill orders
Resolve any issues or problems that arise with orders
Maintaining accurate record of customer orders and shipping details
Communicating with vendors for product procurement and order processing.
Ensure timely delivery to clients
