Medhavo is expanding its online academic team and hiring dedicated educators for live, small-batch online classes. We are looking for subject matter experts across multiple disciplines, from school board preparation to UPSC Civil Services.

Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Any Graduate degree is required.

(For the Civil Services and Current Affairs faculty roles, candidates who have successfully qualified UPSC Prelims, Mains, or both will be given high preference)

Time Commitment:Ability to dedicate at least 3 to 4 hours daily for classes and preparation.

Technical Setup: Must have a laptop, a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps, and a quiet room suitable for professional live teaching.

Skills: Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English, with a confident on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging, live online classes based on the relevant syllabus (CBSE/NCERT for school, standard UPSC frameworks for Civil Services).

* Prepare high-quality study materials, lesson plans, notes, and practice questions.

* Conduct weekly tests, answer-writing practice (for UPSC), and doubt-clearing sessions.

* Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure conceptual clarity.
