Job Description

- Responsible for general office upkeep and cleanliness:

Ensuring the office premises are clean and tidy at all times.

- Handling office errands and deliveries:

Running errands such as delivering documents or picking up supplies as needed.

- Assisting with office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scanning:

Supporting the office staff with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

- Managing office supplies inventory:

Keeping track of office supplies and informing the supervisor when supplies are running low.

- Setting up conference rooms and meeting spaces:

Preparing meeting rooms with necessary supplies and ensuring they are ready for use.

Skills and Expectations:

- Must be physically fit and able to do tasks such as lifting, carrying, and cleaning.

- Good communication skills to interact with office staff and vendors effectively.

- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.

- Basic organizational skills to keep track of office supplies and tasks.
