Job Responsibilities

Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

Keep the office neat, clean, and well-organized.

Ensure cleanliness in workspaces, meeting rooms, and washrooms.

Office Support & Assistance

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.

Assist in arranging meetings, moving office supplies, and setting up workstations.

Document & File Handling

Deliver files, documents, and messages within the office.

Help in photocopying, scanning, and organizing paperwork.

Outdoor Work (if required)

Collect and deliver parcels, documents, or office materials.

Support staff with small errands outside the office.

Assisting Senior Staff

Help in office tasks as per management instructions.

Greet visitors and assist them when needed.

Key Requirements

Education: No formal education required (Basic reading & writing skills preferred)

Experience: 1+ years (Freshers welcome!)

Skills: Hardworking, punctual, and responsible

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move light office equipment
