Job Summary
To provide administrative and logistical support to the office staff. This includes handling physical correspondence, maintaining the pantry and office cleanliness, and performing outdoor errands as required to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Maintenance: Ensuring the office premises, furniture, and equipment are clean and organized before staff arrival.
Pantry Services: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. Managing pantry supplies and ordering refreshments for meetings.
Documentation & Filing: Moving files between departments, photocopying, scanning documents, and assisting with basic filing tasks.
Dispatch & Delivery: Delivering documents or packages to banks, post offices, or client locations. Collecting inward couriers and distributing them to the correct person.
Utility Assistance: Assisting with the movement of office stationery, furniture, or heavy equipment when necessary.
Reception Support: Assisting the front desk by guiding visitors to meeting rooms and ensuring the reception area remains tidy.
Security & Safety: Ensuring all lights, fans, and air conditioners are turned off and the office is securely locked at the end of the day.
