About the Role:

The Office Boy plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks, assisting with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming work space for all employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining office cleanliness and tidiness:

Dusting furniture, and workstations.

Checking Telephone Lines and computers.

Serving Tea and coffee to the employees.

Cleaning of glasses, sink, and bathroom.

Administrative support:

Photocopying, printing, and scanning documents.

Collecting and distributing mail, packages, and inter-office deliveries.

Setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment if needed).

Maintaining office supplies and ordering new stock when necessary.

Assisting with basic filing and data entry tasks.

Other duties:

Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person.

Assisting staff with general office tasks as needed.

Performing other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or other supervisors.
