Ensuring the office premises are clean and tidy at all times

Preparing tea/coffee and serving beverages to staff and visitors

Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Other Administrative work like banking and purchasing office supplies and snacks

Assisting in basic administrative tasks as needed

Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and supplies

Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
