Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Accountant to manage our financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. This full-time position is based in Salt Lake and is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Financial Records:** Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring they are up-to-date and error-free.

- **Assist in Budgeting:** Help prepare budgets by providing necessary data and analysis, supporting the planning process for financial resources.

- **Prepare Reports:** Generate monthly financial reports, outlining revenue, expenses, and cash flow to keep management informed about the financial health of the office.

- **Reconcile Accounts:** Regularly reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

- **Support Audits:** Assist in internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and explanations of financial records.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should hold an /PGDM or degree. Strong attention to detail is essential, as accuracy is critical in accounting. Good communication skills are expected to interact with colleagues and management effectively. Proficiency in accounting software and tools will be beneficial. Basic knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles is also important. A proactive and organized work style with the ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to success in this role.
