Nursing Tutor (Female)

Responsibilities-

Teaching and overseeing the performance of the nursing students

Planning and developing curriculum

Gathering educational and reference materials for the lessons

Reviewing the students progress and providing feedback

Staying up-to-date with the clinical practices and advancements in the medical sector

Guiding the students in utilizing the right technology when looking after the patients.

Requirements-

Bachelors degree in Nursing

Holding a valid registered Nurse license and Nurse Educator certification

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Nurse Educator or a similar position in the Education industry

Complete knowledge of all clinical practices, educational policies, and regulations

Excellent teaching skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Displaying a patient and approachable personality

Good time management and organizational skills

Maintaining good hygiene standards

Ability to handle stressful situations

Strong leadership qualities.
