Nursing Staff (Fresher) - Female Candidates Required

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to join our team in Pune. This full-time role is ideal for fresh graduates with an Advanced or Higher Diploma in nursing. As a Nursing Staff member, your primary focus will be to provide high-quality patient care and support. Only female candidates are eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities to ensure patient comfort and safety.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient health information and daily progress to help track treatment outcomes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patients’ needs.

- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care practices for better recovery and health management.

- Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure that the patient environment is clean and safe by following infection control protocols.
