Fresher hiring for Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse & Pharmacist to join our team in Chennai, India. This full-time position is suitable for female graduates with 0 to 6 years of experience.

In this role, you will provide essential patient care across three shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Night. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, including checking vital signs, observing health changes, and reporting any sudden patient deterioration to the healthcare team. Additionally, you will administer prescribed medications, manage wound care, and change dressings as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

- Patient Care: Monitor and report on patient health, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.

- Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed and provide patient education on medication use.

- Wound Care: Manage wounds effectively by changing dressings and providing appropriate care to promote healing.

- OPD and Ward Duties: Assist in both outpatient and inpatient care activities to ensure comprehensive treatment.

To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail, and demonstrate compassion for patients. Knowledge of nursing practices and pharmacology principles is essential. Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important.
