Job Description

Admission of patient

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.

Record patients' medical information and vital signs.

Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained

Giving medication and carrying out treatment prescribed by the doctor

Assisting in providing a clean, orderly, well ventilated environment for the patient, and protecting him for infections, accidents and fire hazards.

Meeting emergency situation and unforeseen situations with promptness and good judgement.

Indent of Medicines and Maintenance of Drug record

Exchange of sterilised material

Shifting patient to other departments

Discharge of Patients

Checking and regulation of departments inventory
