We are looking for a loving, creative, and patient Nursery Teacher who believes in child-centered, joyful learning and can nurture young minds with care and sensitivity.

🌼 Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, happy, and engaging classroom environment

• Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods

• Develop children’s language, motor, social, and emotional skills

• Plan and conduct rhymes, stories, art, and sensory activities

• Maintain daily communication with parents (diary/updates)

• Observe and track each child’s growth and development

• Ensure discipline with love and positive reinforcement

🌿 Skills & Qualities Required

• Warm, caring, and naturally affectionate with children

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Creative in using low-cost teaching-learning materials

• Patience, empathy, and a calm temperament

• Ability to handle young children with gentle discipline

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th pass (NTT / ECCE preferred)

• Freshers with passion for teaching young children are welcome
