• patient & patient family patient, family education and patient status explanation.

• supports and educates the mother for caring the neonates and is also key program.

• maintains confidentiality of patient’s information.

• adheres to the safety protocols of the hospital and ensures safety of the patients.

• delegates tasks to the nurse associate and other health care assistants rationally.

• works in accordance with the iso and other health standards as applicable. education:
