Looking For Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Sai Multispeciality Klinic Guduvancheri, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and a graduate degree in nursing. This full-time position requires you to work from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care: You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities to ensure their comfort and well-being.

- Medication Administration: You will administer medications as prescribed by doctors and monitor their effects on patients, ensuring proper dosage and adherence to safety protocols.

- Communicating with Patients and Families: You will explain treatment plans and medical procedures to patients and their families, answering any questions to provide support and clarity.

- Documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided and any changes in patient conditions, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

- Collaboration: You will work closely with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
