PICU/NICU Nurse NMBI Registered For IRELAND

Option 1

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in a large acute/tertiary referral or metropolitan hospital (minimum 250 beds)

• Minimum 1 year PICU experience

• Experience in 1:1 nursing of critically ill children

Option 2

• Minimum 1 year NICU experience with 1:1 nursing of critically ill infants

• Prior PICU or acute paediatric nursing experience

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in acute paediatrics within a large acute/tertiary referral or metropolitan hospital (minimum 250 beds), including areas such as:

Emergency Department (ED)

High Dependency Unit (HDU)

Acute medical/surgical units

• Candidates should demonstrate confidence and commitment to work as paediatric homecare nurses

Desirable Experience

• Previous overseas PICU/NICU experience

• Adult ICU or HDU experience

• Homecare nursing experience

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: €38, - €47, per annum (depending on experience)

• Additional pay rates for nights, Sundays, and bank holidays
