Hiring Fresher / Nurse / BDS

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to established clinical standards and hospital protocols.

Assess patients' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate nursing records.

Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, surgeries, and emergency care.

Monitor patients' progress and promptly report changes in their condition to the medical team.

Maintain proper documentation of patient history, treatment, medication, and nursing interventions.

Ensure infection-control practices, hygiene, patient safety, and appropriate use of medical equipment.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care when required.

Educate patients and their families regarding medications, treatment plans, nutrition, hygiene, and follow-up care.

Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate first aid and basic life-support measures within scope of practice.

Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards of nursing practice.

Support admission, discharge, transfer, and patient-care procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

Follow hospital policies, nursing procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Nursing / Nursing / GNM / equivalent recognized nursing qualification, as applicable to the position.

Valid nursing registration with the appropriate nursing council.

Relevant clinical experience is preferred; freshers may also be considered for suitable positions.

Good knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, infection control, and basic medical terminology.

Ability to work effectively in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
