Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Non-Voice Research Executive to support our business development team by collecting and organizing verified contact data of Patent Attorneys, Trademark Attorneys, and Corporate IP Heads. The ideal candidate will work in a back-office role focused on online research, data mining, and maintaining accurate and structured contact databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online research to identify potential leads: patent attorneys, trademark attorneys, and heads of IP departments in law firms and corporations globally.

Use LinkedIn, company websites, bar associations, IP registries, legal directories, and other open sources to extract accurate contact details.

Organize and maintain contact databases including Name, Designation, Company, Email ID, LinkedIn Profile, Location, and Area of Practice.

Validate and clean existing contact data to ensure correctness and remove duplicates.

Support CRM updates and provide regular lead reports to the business development team.

Collaborate with internal team to prioritize target regions or sectors.
