Experience: 5 Years

Requirements

Strong proficiency with JavaScript.

Should proficiency in handling npm modules and environment

Knowledge of and frameworks such as Express, Meteor or Fastify.

Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

Knowledge of Git, JIRA, etc

User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.

Must have a proactive communication skill and must be able interface with client to collect

requirements and elucidate them clearly

Prior experience of leading a team is preferred

Ability to work independently and should have an excellent interpersonal and

communication skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail to

consistency minimize errors.
