• understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

• user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

• understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

• creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

• knowledge of nosql and sql databases such as mongodb, postgresql, etc.

• must have a proactive communication skill and must be able interface with client to collect

requirements and elucidate them clearly

• prior experience of leading a team is preferred

• ability to work independently and should have an excellent interpersonal and

communication skills.
