we are seeking a talented and experienced senior backend developer to join our team. the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with and mongodb, along with a proven track record of developing robust backend systems for multiple applications and websites. you will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend solutions.

**responsibilities:**

- design and develop backend systems and apis using and mongodb

- collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to define and implement backend requirements

- optimize application performance and scalability

- ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices

- troubleshoot and debug backend issues in production environments

- mentor the team mates and provide guidance to the developers in the team.

- stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, tools, and technologies

requirements:

- bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

- 3+ years of experience as a backend developer, with a strong focus on and mongodb

- proven track record of developing backend systems for multiple applications and websites

- solid understanding of restful apis and microservices architecture

- experience with cloud platforms such as aws, azure, or google cloud platform

- proficiency in git and version control workflows

- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- excellent communication and collaboration skills

nice to have:

- experience with other backend technologies such as , graphql, or sql databases

- knowledge of frontend technologies such as or angular

- experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like docker and kubernetes

- contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities
