- Provide basic patient care: Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility to ensure their comfort and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate medical records: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, and progress to ensure continuity of care and accurate documentation.
