we are looking for a qualified and experienced general nursing and midwifery (gnm) nurse with expertise in nicu (neonatal intensive care unit) and picu (pediatric intensive care unit) to join our team at a well-established children's hospital in fatehpur, lucknow. the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nicu and picu settings, with a passion for providing exceptional care to critically ill children.

*qualifications*:

- diploma in general nursing and midwifery (gnm)

- registered nurse with valid nursing license

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in nicu and picu

- strong knowledge of neonatal and pediatric critical care

- ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- compassionate, dedicated, and detail-oriented

*responsibilities*:

- provide specialized nursing care for neonates and pediatric patients in the nicu and picu

- monitor vital signs and detect early signs of complications in critical patients

- administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions

- assist in medical procedures and emergency interventions as needed

- educate parents and families on patient care and treatment plans

- maintain accurate patient records and assist in case documentation

- collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest standards of care are met
