Job Duties: As an NHS Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Patient Care: Provide compassionate and competent care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.

Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, including physical, psychological, and social aspects, to develop individualized care plans.

Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.

Clinical Procedures: Perform various clinical procedures, such as wound care, injections, catheterization, and intravenous therapy, with precision and adherence to infection control protocols.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, assessments, care plans, and progress notes, to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Education: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote health and well-being.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and competently in emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions and initiating appropriate emergency protocols.
