Neuro Surgeon - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Neuro Surgeon to join our medical team in Pratapgarh, Rajasthan, India. This full-time role is suitable for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in neurosurgery.

As a Neuro Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and surgically treating disorders affecting the brain, spine, spinal cord, and nervous system. You will work closely with neurologists, critical care specialists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Evaluation: Diagnose and assess neurological disorders, traumatic injuries, tumors, vascular abnormalities, and spinal conditions.

Surgical Procedures: Perform neurosurgical operations involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system using established surgical techniques.

Preoperative and Postoperative Care: Evaluate patients before surgery, develop treatment plans, and monitor recovery following surgical procedures.

Emergency Management: Provide timely intervention for neurological emergencies, including head injuries, spinal trauma, and intracranial conditions.

Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.

Documentation: Maintain detailed medical records, operative notes, treatment plans, and follow-up reports.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess an MCh/DNB qualification in Neurosurgery with a strong understanding of neurological disorders and neurosurgical procedures. Good communication and clinical decision-making skills are essential for patient consultations and multidisciplinary coordination. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in surgical techniques, patient management, and emergency neurological care.
