FIELD Network Engineer :lete Field Work. (Broadband Installation & Fault Repair process)idate would be traveling to a customer's place to rectify the faults & Installation in the Network. (From the Customer place to the end of the connection at the customer's place)Roles & Responsibilities:me overall responsibility for ensuring % Customer Uptimere that the notes in the network are maintained as per normsre support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teamstain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting coordinators on regular intervalsnd customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the customerside timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ troubleshootingtor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the events8.
