Good analytical and problem-solving skills including analysis of logs, events, co-relations.

Good knowledge in Network Troubleshooting.

Job Description :

Handling day to day Network related issues.

Router and Switch Configuration.

Speak to customers via Phone and email for initial troubleshooting capture and updates regarding issues.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network related issues.

Network performance monitoring to decide whether any changes are required.

Coordination with the field team for link related issues.

Establishing and maintaining network performance.

Provide remote support to on-site engineers,users/customers.

Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
