strong hands-on engineer to assist with implementation and support of our network, wireless, and voice infrastructure. responsible for successful project deployments, exceeding customer expectations, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

• install, monitor and maintain cisco lan, wan, and wireless infrastructure
• install, monitor and maintain cloud call center infrastructure
• install, monitor and maintain infrastructure monitoring
• install, monitor and maintain microsoft windows server technology
• participate in corporate wide project teams for implementing it-based initiatives
• contributes to completion of milestones associated with specific projects
• create and maintain proper hardware, software, and network documentation
• master new information technologies
• strong problem analysis and resolution and/or troubleshooting skills with complex technical problems
• able to develop technical solutions independently on a wide variety of difficult problems
• successfully prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle many tasks independently with minimal supervision
