Nanny (2-8 Years) - Female Candidates Preferred

We are seeking a caring and responsible Nanny to support a family in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in childcare and possess a passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Childcare: Provide attentive and loving care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.

- Daily Activities: Organize and supervise daily activities, including playtime, meal prep, and school preparation, to keep children engaged and happy.

- Educational Support: Assist with homework and educational activities to promote learning and development in fun and creative ways.

- Household Assistance: Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children, including tidying up play areas and preparing healthy meals.

- Communication: Maintain open communication with parents about children’s progress, daily activities, and any concerns or needs.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must be a female with a compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential, as well as the ability to manage time effectively. The applicant should have proactive problem-solving skills and be patient, energetic, and adaptable to changing routines. Previous experience in a similar role and a genuine love for working with children are crucial. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in an office-like environment while engaging with children. A strong understanding of child development is a plus.
