key responsibilities:

lead design, development, and implementation of ai/ml models and solutions.

mentor guide a team of ml engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

translate business requirements into technical specifications and tasks.

research and evaluate new ai/ml technologies and methodologies, including large and small language models and agentic ai frameworks.

implement and optimize ai/ml pipelines on cloud platforms such as azure and aws.

ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of ai/ml solutions.

collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

contribute to the development of best practices and standards for ai/ml development.

maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in ai/ml and related fields.

skills&experience

master's degree or bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology

8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, software engineering, and data science

solid understanding of generative models, including large and small language models.

experience implementing agentic ai using llm/slm orchestration.

proficiency in classical data science methodologies (statistical, prescriptive, and predictive analytics).

experience in software design and practical understanding of modern ai/ml software components (data, data warehousing, ai/ml tools, inference, and microservices).

practical knowledge of cloud platforms and ai/ml tools like azure ml and aws sagemaker
