Hiring Fresher / Mining Supervisor / 12th Pass

We are looking for a Mining Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mining activities at our Kulti location. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in mining and is open to freshers who have completed their 12th grade. The successful candidate will work in a full-time position and will be based in the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Mining Operations:** Oversee the daily mining activities to ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently.

- **Manage Team Performance:** Lead a team of miners, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance productivity and safety practices.

- **Monitor Safety Compliance:** Ensure all safety regulations and guidelines are followed to protect staff and equipment during mining operations.

- **Report Daily Activities:** Prepare and submit regular reports on mining progress, challenges faced, and equipment status to higher management.

- **Coordinate Equipment Maintenance:** Work with maintenance teams to schedule regular check-ups and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- The candidate should have completed at least the 12th grade and be willing to learn and adapt to the mining environment.

- Strong leadership qualities are necessary for managing teams effectively and maintaining high morale.
