Mining Supervisor Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Mining Supervisor to join our team in the coal mining belt of the Asansol- Raniganj- Churulia. The ideal candidate should be motivated, disciplined, and ready to take on field responsibilities.

Salary:- 13,000/- to 16,000/- monthly+ ESI+ Free lodging

(Affordable canteen facilities available)

Duty Hours:- 10 to 12 hours, depending on work pressure. (Sunday Holiday).

Job Locations:- Asansol, Raniganj, Churulia, Beguni, Maithan, Bangebari. (West Bengal),

Bihar, Dhanbad and all over Jharkhand

Job Responsibilities:-

Checking production output according to specification.

Monitoring number of trucks loading, unloading and generate report.

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

Create and maintain proper documentation of production performance & progress.

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required Qualifications:-

Minimum HS pass, Diploma in any specialization, Any Graduate, / . in any specialization.

Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Ms Excel and Ms Word.

Good communication skills on Bengali, Hindi.
