Mining Supervisor Fresher

We are hiring candidate for supervisor job in mining company belt of the Chinakuri, Asansol. The Mining supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily mining operation , ensuring safety, production efficiency and workforce management. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring equipment, maintaining compliance with mining regulations and supporting smooth operations at the mining area.

Salary:- 17,000/- to 19,000/- Per Month. (Lodging & fooding free)

Duty Hours:- 8 Hours.

Job Location:- Chinakuri, Asansol (West Bengal).

Job responsibilities:-

Supervise daily mining operations like drilling, loading, hauling, crushing.

Ensuring production targets are achieved for the shift.

Identify hazards and ensure safe working practices

Report any accidents, near-misses or unsafe acts.

Provide training and guidance for new workers.

Maintain discipline on mining area.

Qualification Required:-

Minimum . Pass, Graduation and above.
