MIG Welder (2-0 Years)

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in New Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and a strong understanding of MIG welding processes. The job requires working in-office, where you will be part of a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- MIG Welding: Perform MIG welding on various materials while ensuring accuracy and quality in the final product. This includes setting up welding machines and selecting appropriate welding rods.

- Reading Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand welding specifications and requirements for various projects. This is crucial for achieving precise results.

- Quality Control: Continuously inspect welds and finished products for defects, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Adjust techniques as necessary to maintain high-quality output.

- Maintenance of Equipment: Regularly clean and maintain welding machines and tools to ensure safe and efficient operations. Report any issues that could hinder productivity.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including fabricators and supervisors, to ensure timely project completion. Good teamwork is essential for successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and be male. A strong background in MIG welding with hands-on experience is essential.
