Looking For MIG Welding

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Madhyamgram. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in MIG welding and be able to work full-time in an office environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **MIG Welding Operations**: Perform MIG welding on various metal components as per specifications, ensuring strong and precise welds for durability.

- **Quality Inspection**: Inspect welded joints and surfaces for defects to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments or repairs.

- **Blueprint Reading**: Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics to understand welding requirements and project goals.

- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and clean welding equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to discuss project progress and address any welding issues that arise.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
