Responsible for appraising the clients brief, Concept Design (above average ability, or evidence of great potential), Good in detailing, Residential projects, good communication, Skills to deal with clients, Team player.

· Lead the project team and their own design team pro-actively.

· Co-ordinate and supervise their own team of Architects on a day-to-day basis to achieve excellent design quality and documentation.

· Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.

· Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Auto Cad, Sketchup, Revit, 3d Studio, Adobe Photoshop)

· Skill in drafting architectural plans.

· Conduct themselves professionally.

· Keep within budgets and timelines.
