Mid Senior Architect

Responsible for appraising the client’s brief, Concept Design (above average ability, or evidence of great potential), Good in detailing, Residential projects, good communication, Skills to deal with clients, Team player.

· Lead the project team and their own design team pro-actively.

· Co-ordinate and supervise their own team of Architects on a day-to-day basis to achieve excellent design quality and documentation.

· Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.

· Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Auto Cad, Sketchup, Revit, 3d Studio, Adobe Photoshop)

· Skill in drafting architectural plans.

· Conduct themselves professionally.

· Keep within budgets and timelines.
