Merchandising Manager - Moradabad

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager - Merchandising & Operations to oversee merchandising activities, inventory management, order coordination, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent team management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between production, purchase, warehouse, sales, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete merchandising process from product development to order execution and dispatch.

Handle and guide the merchandising and operations team to ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, production, purchase, warehouse, and other departments.

Monitor customer orders, production status, delivery schedules, and dispatch timelines.

Ensure timely execution of orders as per required quality, quantity, and delivery schedules.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, raw materials, and finished goods.

Maintain proper records and reports related to orders, inventory, production, and operations.

Use MS Excel for MIS reports, inventory tracking, order planning, and data analysis.

Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.

Coordinate with management for planning, costing, production requirements, and order priorities.

Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays and wastage.

Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for all merchandising and operational activities.
