Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer with a passion for teaching and upskilling others. This on-site role involves both project-based engineering tasks and the training of junior engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders in MEP systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, industry experience, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:Engineering:

Design, review, and implement MEP systems in compliance with local codes, standards, and client requirements.

Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural components in projects.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure installation standards are met.

Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and value engineering when required.

Support project teams with technical guidance during construction and commissioning phases.

Training & Development:

Develop and deliver training programs (classroom and on-site) for internal teams and external clients.

Create training materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning content tailored to MEP topics.

Evaluate trainees’ learning outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Stay current with industry trends, software tools, codes, and best practices to update training content.

Mentor junior engineers and assist in their technical skill development.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

Experience: 1-3 years in MEP training or mentorship preferred.
