discipline - mechatronics engineer to integrate & severally deal with mechanics, electrical, electronics, and computing to generate a simpler, economical, executable, and reliable system.

experience – 4 year to 10 year

currently following packages under practice on every day basis.

compressed air systems

- air demand calculations

- screw compressor, refrigerant dryers, filters, metering, moisture separators, receiver vessels, push fit modular piping

- pressure drop calculations

steam systems

- steam demand calculations along with flash & condensate systems

- boilers, fuel, capex, opex etc. up 15 tph/15 bar

- steam ibr piping, fittings, primary/secondary supports, insulation, prs, metering, flash vessel, condensate pumping & piping.

- bag filters, chimney, fd & id fans

- feed water ro systems

dust collection systems

- cyclones & id fans

- piping design for wood, metal, threads

- flexible ducting

plumbing system

- fresh water demand calculation, storage, pumping piping

- ro & demin water systems with plant, piping & pumping & storage

- domestic plumbing pressure & gravity systems

- black & gray water collection piping systems

- mbbr stp & cetp systems

- computer control sbr systems

- storm water system design

- bulk hot water systems including clarifier solar & lpg systems, piping
