We work with at-risk youth aged 12–24 living in institutions or vulnerable situations — helping them heal, grow, and transform into confident, self-reliant individuals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counselling, therapy-based interventions, and psychological assessments.

Build safe and supportive spaces for children and youth.

Collaborate with institutional staff, social workers, and other stakeholders for holistic care.

Document progress, create reports, and support case submissions to relevant authorities.

🔹 We’re Looking For:

Master’s in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling) with 3–4 years’ experience working with children/youth.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Empathetic, reflective, and passionate about youth rehabilitation.

Proficiency in Hindi & English (Marathi preferred).
