job purpose:- serve as a resource about scientific and medical issues. he/she provides a bridge between clinical research and the marketing and sales department as well as the remaining departments within the organization.
brief responsibilities:-
-actively contribute to the organization by taking responsibility for scientific, technical, and ethical soundness of all policies, statements and endeavors.
-to support the organization medically in all activities related to portfolio and provide high quality and timely service to internal and external stake holders.
-kol management: participate and conduct customized promotional and educational interaction with health care professionals- cme programs, symposia, conference meetings.
-provide strategic inputs and support towards creation of marketing plans and towards preparation & execution of medical-marketing programs. identification of gaps in product promotion & develop strategy to fill the gaps.
-medical information: provide the technical expertise to product management team towards ethical promotion of assigned products . solve the queries regarding products, provide guideline updates, and address the historical concerns of products.
-review of promotional material: initiate and/or review and approve promotional, training and cme material in compliance with relevant sops and industry codes.
-training: provide timely accurate and balanced information to internal customer’s . sales staff, training department, pmt.
-create database of scientific information – compile all product specific information.
